Donald Trump found out over the weekend that he can’t escape the Epstein scandal, even when he leaves the country. Trump snapped at a reporter for asking about the scandal, and the next day he kicked a reporter out of the room for asking about Ghislaine Maxwell. Trump is desperately trying to distract the public with fake scandals about Obama, Hillary Clinton, Kamala Harris, and Beyonce, but nothing seems to be working and it’s driving him insane.

Megyn Kelly has been a staunch ally and supporter of Donald Trump for quite some time, but even she can’t hold back her contempt at the man and his administration over his handling of the Epstein scandal. Kelly admitted this week that clearly the administration is listening to “idiots” on the inside, and that is why their response has been so catastrophic. She’s so close to getting it right, but she isn’t there yet.

Alina Habba was removed as the interim US Attorney for New Jersey last week by the panel of federal judges for the jurisdiction. Her time was limited as she hit the 120-day mark, and the judges appointed a different Republican (the number 2 under Habba) to take over. But Attorney General Pam Bondi FIRED that prosecutor, and then Alina Habba announced that she was the “Acting” US Attorney and that she’ll be there for the next 210 days. The whole thing is a legal nightmare.

A clearly deranged and desperate Donald Trump shared a video to his Truth Social account that features an AI-altered video of former President Barack Obama being violently arrested in the Oval Office before eventually being shown in an orange jumpsuit behind bars. This is coming from a man that has 34 felony convictions against him and who desperately needs a distraction from the Epstein scandal that is growing worse for him by the day.

The Department of Justice under Pam Bondi, along with encouragement from Republican Senator Chuck Grassley, has decided that the most important thing in America right now is none other than Hillary Clinton’s email scandal from nearly a decade ago. That investigation, which concluded in the Fall of 2016 and found no criminal wrongdoing, has been one the minds of Republicans for the last few days as they’ve scrambled to come up with a distraction from the Epstein scandal that is enveloping Trump’s entire world.

Donald Trump decided to throw a bone to his base after telling them last week that he didn’t want them anymore, and he’s now demanding that sports teams go back to using their old, racist names, even if those names are now considered slurs. One of those teams is the Washington Commanders, and Trump says that if they don’t go back to calling themselves the “Redskins” then he’s going to block their deal for a new stadium. The man is drunk on power and losing his mind, which is an incredibly dangerous combination.

According to a former Trump associate that is still in contact with members of his administration, Donald Trump is FURIOUS about the MAGA backlash to the Epstein fallout and he’s screaming nonstop behind the scenes. This came after Trump’s weekend plea for his base to simply move on from the scandal and pretend that he’s not engaging in a massive coverup.

Kristi Noem is blowing up over reports that she delayed the federal response to the Texas floods, and claims that reports that FEMA didn’t answer phone calls were completely false and “fake news.” However, official documents show that those claims are 100% correct and that FEMA did not answer a vast majority of the calls coming from Texas as the floods rampaged. Noem is now a documented liar who cannot be trusted to protect the American public.

Republican Senator Josh Hawley told NBC News that he’s going to make sure that the cuts to Medicaid in the “big beautiful bill” never take effect. This comes two weeks AFTER Hawley voted for the Medicaid cuts by voting in favor of the legislation. His promise is basically to undo the damage that he intentionally inflicted upon the country, even when his single vote could have prevented all of this from happening. He can’t be let off the hook that easily.

Donald Trump launched a new round of tariffs on our allies to start the week, just hours after his administration announced that they were pushing back the deadline to make trade deals. The timing of these new tariffs is highly suspicious, as it comes as his administration is under fire for multiple failures in just the last few days.

The Trump administration is still moving forward with plans to close even more weather labs that monitor, predict, and warn of severe weather events, even AFTER the deadly floods in Texas over the weekend. This administration has zero regard for human life and every move that they make is just further proof of that.

The Separation of Church and State is officially over. The IRS has told a judge in a court filing that Churches and, potentially, other non-profits can now endorse candidates and parties without losing their tax-exempt status. This is about to usher in a dark new era of American politics, where big money interests can now launder their donations through these institutions without fear of being found out (which they can mostly already do, but now it becomes even worse.)

The feud between Donald Trump and Elon Musk erupted in hilarious fashion this week after Musk freaked out about Trump’s “big, beautiful bill,” which caused Trump to have an even bigger freakout. Trump threatened to use DOGE to destroy Musk’s government subsidies and contracts, which are basically the only things keeping Musk’s companies running. But then he took it a step further and suggested he might DEPORT Musk.

In response to Donald Trump’s attack on Iran, a group of Iranian hackers that got into Trump’s campaign emails last year is now threatening to make those communications public. The group had initially declined to make the material public after Trump won the election, but they have since changed their tune since he bombed their country. The administration is already freaking out about this prospect.

According to a public health expert who is speaking out about the Trump / Republican budget bill, the cuts in the bill could lead to an additional 51,000 deaths per year. Tens of thousands of people are expected to now go to an early grave just so the top 1% of Americans don’t have to pay an additional 1.5% in taxes each year (and yes, that is the amount they are saving at the expense of other people’s lives.)
