This week on Ring of Fire!

Donald Trump launched a new round of tariffs on our allies to start the week, just hours after his administration announced that they were pushing back the deadline to make trade deals. The timing of these new tariffs is highly suspicious, as it comes as his administration is under fire for multiple failures in just the last few days.

The Trump administration is still moving forward with plans to close even more weather labs that monitor, predict, and warn of severe weather events, even AFTER the deadly floods in Texas over the weekend. This administration has zero regard for human life and every move that they make is just further proof of that.

The Separation of Church and State is officially over. The IRS has told a judge in a court filing that Churches and, potentially, other non-profits can now endorse candidates and parties without losing their tax-exempt status. This is about to usher in a dark new era of American politics, where big money interests can now launder their donations through these institutions without fear of being found out (which they can mostly already do, but now it becomes even worse.)
