Many of the delegates to the 2020 Democratic National Convention voted against the party's official platform this week because it didn't not commit to developing and instituting a single-payer Medicare for All health care system, something that's supported by 69% of all Americans and 88% of Democrats! We knew this would be a battle with Joe Biden as the nominee, so we're getting a head start on the fight. Today we're joined by the health insurance industry whistleblower Wendell Potter, who spoke up a decade ago and helped us get the ACA. Now he's launched the Center for Health & Democracy, to push for universal coverage.

We'll begin the show as usual with the latest news, info and a few opinions... and a few laughs too.
