Let's start with the shooting. The boy, Adam Toledo, was 13 years old. A Chicago cop saw him in an alley in the middle of the night and began chasing him. He told him to show his hands. He appears to have dropped something behind the fence which has been reported to be a gun. BUT, the video and stills taken from the video clearly show Adam Toledo's hands in the air right before the cop shot and killed him. He was 13. We are a broken country.
