Phase two of the impeachment inquiry hearings begins today as the House Judiciary Committee holds its first hearings. The witnesses are all law professors, testifying about the history of impeachment, what constitutes high crimes and misdemeanors, etc. We'll carry some of the hearing, then welcome David Bender to the show to explain what went on today.
