Nicole Sandler has worked in radio her entire adult life. After a successful career in music radio in NY and Los Angeles (WPLJ, KLOS, KSCA and others), she returned to talk radio to host mornings on then-progressive talk WINZ/Miami. After a flip to sports, she moved to Air America Radio for a nightly show. The verdict was announced in the Derek Chauvin trial for the murder of George Floyd right at the top of the show, and it was good news. He was found guilty on 2nd degree murder, 3rd degree murder and manslaughter. Guilty on all counts. It doesn't bring George Floyd back, but it's a huge win for humanity. Jack Rice, friend of the show and a criminal defense lawyer in Minneapolis checked in briefly. And we hung with Driftglass too...
