Dreisen Heath is an assistant researcher at Human Rights Watch and the author of an article in The Nation, “Defunding The Police Is a Reparations Issue."

Chris Rabb has represented the 200th District (Philadelphia County) in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives since 2017. He is also a board member of Friends of the Wissahickon and Race Forward and has also been on the faculty of the Institute for Strategic Leadership at Drexel University's Bennett S. LeBow College of Business. He has been a fellow at Demos, the Poynter Institute, and the German Marshall Fund of the United States. He also previously served on the boards of the Bread and Roses Community Fund, Mt. Auburn Cemetery, and The Baltimore Afro-American newspaper (which his great-great grandfather founded in 1892). He has sponsored bills and resolutions to abolish the death penalty, lower the maximum sentence for third-degree misdemeanors, and many others. He sits on the committees on agriculture and rural affairs, commerce, finance, state government and urban affairs, and is the treasurer of the Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus. He is a founding member of the Climate Caucus, vice chair of the PA SAFE Caucus, and is a member of the Democratic Caucus Policy Committee, Intellectual Disabilities and Autism Caucus, Early Childhood Education Caucus, LGBT Equality Caucus, Mental Health Caucus, and the Women’s Health Caucus.

Derek Black is the recent author of Schoolhouse Burning: Public Education and the Assault on American Democracy. He is a professor of constitutional law, civil rights, and education law at the University of South Carolina Law School. Geovanny is a communications major at Cal State Fullerton, where he continues to work on multimedia editing, producing musical content, and building a political YouTube channel for a Hispanic audience. He describes himself as “a DACA recipient trying to convince people to vote for the lesser evil.”
